At the heart of Sugar Loaf, we are transforming historic spaces into a platform for the next wave of creators. The Unmade is equal parts gallery, workshop, and gathering ground—a home for designer toys, collectible art, and process-driven works that blur the line between object and story.

 

Our vision is to curate and create: showcasing world-class artists alongside emerging voices, while developing our own in-house collaborations, limited-edition drops, and immersive installations. The spaces will serve as:

    •    Gallery & Archive — rotating exhibitions of collectible art, toys, sculpture, and process-driven works.

    •    Studio & Workshop — a place for making, experimenting, and collaborating across mediums.

    •    Community Hub — public events, talks, and activations that connect global art culture with our local roots.
